Returns
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You received a different item than what was ordered.
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nobletape.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or offered as store credit, based on your preference.

Custom printed tapes or personalized orders
Used or partially consumed rolls
Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In case of exchange due to our error, Noble Tape will cover the shipping costs.
